Many IAI chapters are based on regions around the world or on language use.As a result, the IAI Chapters represent many more countries than those listed.

• IAI Benelux serves Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
• IAI France serves the French speaking community
• IAI German Speaking Chapter serves the German speaking community including Austria and Switzerland as well as Germany ,
• IAI Iberia serves Spain, Portugal and currently acts on behalf of South American interest
• IAI North America serves the United States and Canada
• IAI Nordic serves Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Sweden and the Baltic countries)
