Samir discussed the need for early supplier involvement, in order to maximise life cycle benefits. He introduced CORUS' developments in e-Business and explain how CORUS intends to increase early dialogue on major projects.

Rennie provided an overview of the role of IT in property asset management. He posed the challenges, which IT can resolve in delivering services required by clients. Rennie continued to discuss Taylor Woodrow's initiatives in meeting these challenges.
