Digital practices in major building and infrastructure projects was discussed
by Jennifer based on recent research within the University of Reading.
The University is home to the new Design Innovation Research Centre, a
'Challenging Engineering' exploration group, which has a vision of a new
mode of design in the digital economy. Connections were drawn between
work in this group and related research on innovative construction and
sustainability.
