In 1993, the FINANCIAL
TIMES published
a report prepared by
Bernard Williams
Associates. It showed
that in Europe:
–Britain’s construction industry was the most INEFFICIENT.
–Belgium’s construction industry is the most EFFICIENT.
But Bernard never
really found out WHY !
